Full Description

You will learn how to select the best ingredients and be guided through the entire pizza-making process, from beginning to end of wood-fired cooking. You will taste your creation, sample slices of a variety of different pizzas and enjoy a drink or two. Located on the wonderful hills of Sorrento, a magical and relaxing place where you can learn how to prepare the real Neapolitan pizza. You will start the experience by tasting our mozzarella and our olive oil. Guests will be greeted with a nice glass of wine. Then with the help of our Chef they will be able to prepare the dough of the real Neapolitan pizza and thus discover the secrets to having the perfect pizza! making the dough is fun but flying the pizza like a pro is super … everyone will make their own pizza with a mixed choice of ingredients … the pizza is ready to be baked and enjoyed accompanied by our local wine. They will end the day with the tasting of Tiramisu. Other things to note to start this experience you just need a lot of fun in the company of other friends or people who will meet at the meeting point and above all a great desire to learn to cook while having fun.
